The course of a project can be broken down into a number of steps, which can be likened to drawer services.
1. Feasibility study
Preferential discussions to gather requirements and a site visit to identify the strengths and weaknesses in terms of integrating the project, in terms of :
- Compliance with mandatory regulations
- Different scenarios to be considered, depending on the extent of the constraints
- Budget envelopes
A well-conducted feasibility study guarantees a realistic, optimised and secure project before moving on to the detailed design phase.
2. Preliminary project & Design
Once the feasibility study has been validated, the project can begin with an accurate survey of the exisiting, including its immediate surroundings. The preliminary design study lays the foundations for the project:
- Spatial and functional organisation of the space
- Definition of the broad lines of the architectural concept and aesthetics
- Identification of technical and regulatory constraints
- Budget estimate
- Draft planning
This stage of the project allows decisions to be taken. The project is more concise and choices can be adjusted in terms of both concept and budget.
3. Preliminary design
The sketches become detailed drawings, or even 3D allowing depth validation.
The precision of the technical drawings enables the project to be sent to the administrative authorities for examination of the file in terms of safety, accessibility and aesthetics of the exterior by the Architectes des Bâtiments de France, if necessary.
The providers can be consulted for more precise costing and adjusted for optimisation.

The costing and monitoring of the works guarantee that the budget, deadlines and quality of execution are respected, by ensuring optimum coordination between the various parties involved in the project. By main steps :
- Constitution of works description for each lot, including quantities and item part numbers
- Selection of service providers after negotiation and referencing
- Realization of the planning for all the parties involved
- Start of the works with an on-site meeting of all the parties involved to coordinate technical and planning information, followed by a weekly meeting to monitor and control the work in progress
- Acceptance with a description of any reservations. Claims are lifted within a week of completion.
