    • FABRIK – paramedical practice specialising in sport

    Creation of a concept and conversion of a former 300 m2 workshop into a paramedical practice with seven consulting rooms and a fitness area.

    Preparation of applications for planning permission, planning permission and signage.

    Two and a half months of work, including renovation of the facade, ground floor and mezzanine.

    • Pâtisserie FELICITE – rue tardieu paris

    Creation of a patisserie in an 80 m2 space split between the ground floor and basement, with the creation of a kitchen in the basement.

    Development of the design based on the spirit of the client’s logo.

    Constitution of the building permit shopfront, signage, security and accessibility.
